To support the project’s sales campaign, Third.i and NPACT partnered with Showcase to create a presentation experience that brings clarity, confidence, and emotional connection to the off-the-plan journey.

Anchoring the display suite experience are two architectural models with integrated lighting that illuminate individual residences in real time - an approach rarely seen in display suites.
The ability to switch seamlessly between both models based on buyer interest allows sales agents to tailor each presentation in the moment, delivering a truly personalised, one-to-one experience for every buyer.
A central feature of the display suite is the custom-designed interactive map that allows buyers to explore The Rushcutters and its surrounding essentials with clarity and ease.

A dedicated immersion room featuring a 4k laser projector and lens surrounds buyers with large-scale visuals that help them step inside the development: spatial storytelling that encourages buyers to move beyond imagination and into experience.

Presentations are guided in real time by sales consultants controlling content via three 10.2” iPad controllers, adapting naturally to each buyer’s questions, priorities, and pace, resulting in a buyer-led, consultant-guided experience - one that replaces static presentations with meaningful conversations.
