Guiding the buyer journey: Murrumbeena Place x Showcase

Just 18 minutes south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, Murrumbeena Place sits at the centre of a neighbourhood defined by movement, convenience and everyday connection.

For Make, the ambition was to create architecture that feels naturally embedded in the local streetscape while elevating the quality of apartment living. The display suite reflects that same thinking - a presentation environment designed to communicate the project clearly and confidently.

A stunning starting point

A large-format LED display anchors the room,  immediately drawing visitors into the story of the development.

Here, architectural renders, streetscape imagery and neighbourhood context appear in sharp, high-definition detail. Rather than overwhelming buyers with information, the display introduces the project with clarity - allowing conversations to start with the bigger picture before moving into the finer details.

Renders are projected onscreen, appearing in sharp, high-definition detail.

Connecting the digital with the physical

One of the most powerful moments in the presentation comes through Showcase’s model lighting integration.

As specific residences or floors are explored on screen, the corresponding sections of the architectural model illuminate in real time. This direct link between the digital presentation and the physical model allows buyers to quickly understand orientation, positioning and layout within the building.

For a development that emphasises connection - both to place and to community - this clarity becomes a powerful tool.

Conversations that move naturally

The entire environment is powered by a Showcase and controlled through a Samsung S9 Tablet, allowing sales consultants to guide the experience fluidly.

Sales agents use Samsung S9 tablets to seamlessly control content.

Floorplans expand instantly. Finishes can be highlighted on demand. Local amenities and surrounding transport connections can be explored without breaking the rhythm of discussion.

Rather than presenting static information, the system allows the sales team to respond dynamically to each buyer’s interests, moving effortlessly between neighbourhood context and apartment-level detail.

For Make, the result is a sales platform aligned with the connected vision behind Murrumbeena Place.

For buyers, it means something simpler: understanding the project quickly, confidently, and in context.
