In March, two-bedroom apartments accounted for 47% of all transactions, remaining the dominant configuration type, while one-bedroom apartments represented 30% of sales.
Three-bedroom dwellings captured 19% of activity, as larger configurations were less common, with four-bedroom dwellings representing 3% of transactions, and five-bedroom homes accounting for 1% of March transactions.

Compared with February, March sales activity showed several shifts across price brackets:
Sub-$500,000: Accounted for 23% of transactions, down from 38% in February.
$500k–$750k: Represented 12% of transactions, indicating moderate activity, compared to 15% in February.
$750k–$1m: Captured 17% of transactions, highlighting continued consistency in the mid-market, slightly down compared to 12% in February.
$1m–$1.5m: Led all price brackets at 24% of transactions, a sharp increase compared to 16% in February.
$1.5m–$2m: Made up 7% of transactions, reflecting steady but more selective demand in this range, only a 1% decrease from February.
$2m+: Activity remained measured, with $2m-$3m accounting for 10% of transactions, while sales above $3m contributed a smaller share of overall activity being 7% of overall activity.
